The beds were comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. There's a hair dryer and an iron, but no shampoo. The hot water system is strange, and they charge for dishes that aren't washed. Room quality varies a lot depending on your luck, since the photos don't show all of them. The reception staff were kind and helpful. The location felt a bit odd, above a pub and down a dark alley.

The location is the biggest plus, with the coast 350 meters away and the historical center of Larnaca nearby. The staff were very friendly and polite, and the beds were comfortable with a medium-firm mattress. For the price, it's an excellent option. There were a few downsides: poor soundproofing, nowhere to dry things, and we were short of a blanket on a few nights when it was cool.

Great value for money, with clean, basic rooms, good air conditioning, and secure luggage storage. It's a three-minute walk to finikoudes beach and the bus stop, including buses to the airport and between cities. We left our charger here before going to Paphos and picked it up when we returned to larnaca. The receptionist gave us details before we arrived and kept our luggage in the locker until we came back for it. Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., though you can check in late at the sister hotel Achilleous hotel. There are lots of great cafes, restaurants, and food chains nearby, and we walked to most of the attractions.

It's about 100 m from finikoudes beach. The room was spacious and clean, with a safe, and there's an elevator. All the appliances worked, and you can do laundry too. My only issue is that the apartment should have more than one window. I'll definitely come back.
