The studio itself was cute and matched the description, though the water pressure on the third floor was poor. When I visited in August 2025, several main roads were being worked on and the sidewalks had been taken up too. The reception was a few streets away from the studio, and I hadn't been told where the studio actually was. When I asked if there was a better way to get my luggage there alone than through rubble and dust, the reception staff weren't empathetic or helpful. Guests should be told they can drop their bags at the studio before walking to reception to check in.

We had a good stay and would definitely recommend the place. Our one-bedroom apartment was spotless and quiet, which is a real plus in a city where traffic noise can be an issue. We could easily have stayed longer than one night. Check-in was simple, and the host gave clear, helpful instructions. We didn't take any photos of the room.

Anna and Mariya made my stay at Stephanie Studios easy and comfortable. I had a problem with another local hotel, and they helped me check in early without any hassle. They even brought a microwave to my room so I could reheat food. The room was comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I'd highly recommend Stephanie Studios for a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

I stayed one night in room 302, and the room left me feeling like I needed to wash my hands after touching anything. The curtains were stained, and the toaster grossed me out. The balcony looked onto a demolished building. The bathroom shower was so cramped that with the door shut I couldn't move my hands, but with it open, water went everywhere. The walls had cracks that had been painted over several times, and the photos and reviews gave a very misleading impression of the room, which needs a complete renovation. Check-in is about 200 metres from the apartments, a hassle if you're carrying big luggage. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a spacious apartment with all the basics we needed, including cutlery, pans, plates and towels. The beach is only a few minutes away on foot, and the location is great. The apartment is starting to show its age.
