The building feels old and tired, with worn, outdated rooms and an atmosphere more like an old institution than a modern hotel. Still, the value for money is good, largely thanks to the location and the size of the room. We had a very large family room with two spacious bedrooms, which worked well for us. The hotel is right on the beach in Larnaca, in the middle of the promenade. Staff were friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and that made a noticeable difference.

The small TV was a letdown. It didn't offer basic things like Netflix or phone casting, and even its settings menu was locked, so we couldn't fix it. The manager said this was a known problem in those particular rooms and that other guests had complained too. The suite itself was large and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. Staff were very pleasant, and the hotel is in an excellent spot at the start of the promenade.

The view is awful, straight onto the building's garbage area, and there's sometimes a dump smell. The apartments are spacious and nice, though, and the location is close to the walk. Fine for a quick stay.

The rooms are a little dated, but they're practical and everything was very clean. Great hotel in a great location. Remember to bring a UK adapter.

The furniture is a bit old, but the hotel was clean and well looked after. The staff were very kind and helpful. The internet wasn't working during my visit, though it didn't really bother me, and I had a comfortable one-night stay with excellent service. Thanks to the girl at reception last evening for sorting out a taxi and lending us a socket adapter.
