Katerina at reception was kind, welcoming, and very helpful, and the excellent service made my stay more enjoyable. The lobby has a cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decor and comfortable seating, and the pool area is a lovely, relaxing spot too. My overall experience at Chrielka Hotel in Limassol was pleasant. The rooms, though, feel old and don't impress like the common areas. The furniture is outdated, and even the old hairdryer makes the rooms less appealing. The stylish, cozy lobby doesn't match the state of the rooms. If they renovated the rooms to fit the lobby's charm, the hotel would be perfect.

We booked five nights but left the very next morning, and I wouldn’t go back. Trucks and construction noise from the site next door started at 6 am, even on the weekend. Inside, the rooms felt very old, with lots of damaged items. There was dust behind every curtain, odd marks on the sheets, and a bad smell. The staff were friendly until we had a complaint. I don’t understand the good reviews. I get that value for money matters, but this wasn’t a suitable place for a vacation.

You can walk to the beach in about two minutes, and the pool was small but nice. It was empty while I was there. The two receptionists were really lovely, too. I hadn’t been given the room I booked and got two small beds instead, though that was fine. I had a great stay, but felt it was a little expensive for what you get. I guess the location is what you’re paying for.

Katharina and Julia were so kind and helpful, and their recommendations were great. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chrielka, with the old town and beach both close by. There’s also a lovely park and playground nearby. Thanks for all your kindness!

Parking can be tricky since there are only a few spaces. The lobby had a nice atmosphere in the evening, but it stayed quiet upstairs. The desk staff were very friendly and helped us arrange a late night taxi. Great hotel!
