Four Seasons Hotel

It's a safe, comfortable, very kid-friendly place for families, and parents and children can both enjoy it. The facilities, cleanliness, food, and service are consistently at the highest level. We've stayed at this exceptional five-star hotel several times, and every visit has been wonderful. The staff are outstanding, always kind, friendly, professional, and ready to help. We leave with lovely memories each time and will definitely return. Highly recommended for hospitality and luxury.

The service is what will bring me back. Reception, concierge, restaurant, and room staff were all amazing, and better than service I've experienced at many other hotels. Special thanks to Alae, Desislava, and the wonderful doorman whose name I unfortunately can't remember. They went out of their way to make the trip special for my mum and me, when I took her away for her birthday. The spa was lovely, with a sauna, two steam rooms, a jacuzzi, and a pool. The pool felt a little chilly to me, but that's my preference as someone from a cold UK climate, and not a failing of the spa or staff. You can't please everyone about pool temperature. We loved the beautiful scenery around the very clean hotel, and the location was pretty good. We took long walks and sometimes the bus to see the area, and went up to Paphos for a day, which I'd recommend. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The smoking policy was my biggest frustration. On several occasions, smokers and vapers were seated close to non-smoking dining areas because the designated smoking sections were full. People shouldn't have to eat around cigarette, cigar, or vape smoke in a non-smoking section. There were also some smaller details that fell short of the luxury standard: the adults-only pool was pleasant but surprisingly small and shallow, the indoor fragrance could feel overpowering, and some finishing and maintenance looked below par, including visible measuring marks, messy silicone repairs, and paint on the tiles. Food was inconsistent too. Some meat dishes weren't at the level I'd expect, starter portions were often far too large, and breakfast service at Colours Café could be slow. Some of the breads and pastries also didn't feel as fresh as they should. Even with those issues, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We research carefully because true luxury can be hard to find, and star ratings don't always match what you get. Four Seasons Limassol came very close. The resort is beautiful and well designed, with a calm, upscale feel. Our adults-only accommodation was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, and the concierge service was what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. Anna, Jasmin, and Lola were particularly helpful. The cocktails were excellent, and Irakles and Doros made a lasting impression with their professionalism and service. Better consistency with food, smoking policy, and finishing details could take it from very good to outstanding.

The meal at Sera, in the hotel lobby, was exceptional, and the setting was stunning. Mr Mohammed Al Shlouf, the manager, was polite and genuinely warm. Myria, our waitress, was brilliant and helped us work through the menu. Having the tiramisu made at our table added a nice bit of theatre, and Marija, the restaurant sommelier, recommended the perfect wine pairing. Thanks to everyone, and we look forward to coming back. Jonnes greeted us every morning at breakfast with an amazing smile. It made the day feel off to a good start. Great people make the experience. My wife and I spent a week working remotely in a different setting, and from the moment we came in, we felt relaxed. The lighting is a big part of it: warm and soft, without harsh lights. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. George, the manager at Vista Bar, runs a tight ship and still takes time to come over and talk. Thank you, George, and Maria, a lovely young woman on his team. I think she said she was 19. Well done, I see you going places and wish you all the best. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt moved to share this with great joy.
