The breakfast had lots of choices, but most of the food was cold and dried out. Aside from the location, which was good, I can’t find much to recommend here. The rooms were small, the air conditioning didn’t work very well, the carpet was stained, and the room wasn’t cleaned enough. We weren’t told when we booked that the pool would be closed for a private event until 11:00 PM. The noise was overwhelming. Sitting in our room felt like being at the event ourselves, and it was impossible to relax, talk, or even collect my thoughts. The pool area was also disappointing: plastic cups, cigarette butts, other rubbish, and even ketchup were floating in the water. The loungers were very dirty and smelled unpleasant. When we got to the pool after 10:00 AM, there was no staff member there, so we had to set up the loungers and arrange the cushions ourselves. It was a very disappointing stay, and I don’t think the hotel meets expectations. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

I was there for a work event and hadn’t expected such comfort and warm hospitality. Everything was top notch, from the clean room to breakfast. The hotel manager runs a tight ship, and a special mention for the omelette station: the omelettes were delicious every morning I was there for three days, and I didn’t miss one.

The sea is right across the street, and the location was excellent. We loved the hotel, especially the friendly staff, lovely breakfast, and how clean everything was. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks for such a great stay!

The way our check-in was handled at NYX Hotel Limassol on February 8, 2026 left us feeling judged and embarrassed. Reception asked my wife to take off her mask so they could match her face to her passport. I understand that checking identity can be standard, but the tone, body language, and attitude felt unnecessary and discriminatory. We felt singled out instead of welcomed as guests. I’ve stayed in hotels around the world and never had an experience like this. There are respectful, professional ways to carry out security checks, and this did not feel like one. Hospitality should make people feel comfortable and treat them fairly. I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to treat every guest with dignity.

My room was consistently clean and organised, and the setting felt peaceful.
