The bathroom was filthy and very dated, and the shower didn’t work properly. The room didn’t match the specifications we’d ordered. The hair dryer was broken and posed a risk of electrocution. Breakfast staff arrived an hour late, and the male receptionist didn’t speak English.

Parking is on the other side of the Abbey, currently 15TL, and overnight parking is possible if needed. Abbey Tower restaurant had good service. This is a very impressive little boutique hotel, quietly set beside the historic Abby, with a selection of restaurants nearby. A wonderful place for a relaxing stay.

Customer service was rude and unprofessional, and I deeply regret staying here. The hotel is filthy, with very old equipment. Long-term guests are especially put in the area they call “accommodation,” where the wardrobes are moldy. The pool is filthy and impossible to swim in, with a very high risk of catching a disease. The water is cut off a few days a week, and staff don’t even know whether it’s running. Most of the photos shown are probably from when the previous owners ran the place. If you want to waste your money and be insulted too, definitely go.
