777 Beach Guesthouse

The sea view from the balcony is lovely, and the guest house is close to the beach. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location and view are good for the price, so I’d call it an okay option. Still, the place didn’t seem in great condition. The bathroom was very dirty, especially the floor, which hadn’t been cleaned properly. I also woke up with bites on my arms from bed bugs in the bed. I didn’t understand what had happened at first, but it became clear the following day.

The room was cleaned every day, and the price was cheap. From the balcony, you get the best view of paphos sea front. It did what it said on the tin.

I can't understand why this place isn't rated higher, it deserves a 9. The beach is just across the street, and the location is really good. Everything was perfect for me: it was clean, the kitchen had all the equipment, and the view was especially lovely. It has everything a solo traveller needs.

I stayed in October 2024 and am only getting around to writing this in April 2025, sorry! The people I met there made for a nice day together, and I can recommend the place. The entrance took a moment to find. It's at the back of the Promenade houses, up the last stairs. Nearby there's a supermarket, restaurants, and a bus stop for the airport. The central bus station, with buses to cities like Nicosia and Limassol, is about a 30-minute walk. I booked the four-person dorm with an ocean view and balcony, which was incredible, plus the two-person room without a view, which was still nice. The hostel has a kitchen and one shared toilet and shower, but with at most eight people, it wasn't a concern. There was also a two-bed room with a balcony. You can heat food in the kitchen, though I wouldn't recommend cooking there.
