The owners were happy to answer my questions about Pafos, and I appreciated the free coffee machine and honesty bar. Housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly every day, and the cats around the hotel were super friendly. The hotel dates from the 90s and probably hasn’t changed much, but the furniture was good quality and everything still worked perfectly. I’d booked the wrong dates by accident, but they changed them without an extra charge and even gave me a free room upgrade. I’d be happy to stay again.

The apartments had all we needed for a comfortable stay and to prepare meals. The local staff and hosts were helpful at check-in and always ready with advice. A really nice spot for a relaxing holiday, highly recommended.

The building does look like it fits its two-star rating, but everything that mattered to me was fantastic. I’ve been working and holidaying in Paphos for over 20 years, and this was the comfiest bed I’ve slept on there. The family owners were friendly and knew their stuff, the internet was great, and the peaceful pool area was lovely. I liked the honesty bar too. It was a hidden gem and a very peaceful stay. I could’ve done without the cats because I’m allergic, but it’s Cyprus, and there’s no escape. These ones were clean, cute and friendly.

The staff were among the best I’ve come across at any hotel, calm, knowledgeable and good with languages. The room was average, but it had all the kitchenware we needed and one of the best beds ever. There’s lots of vegetation around the hotel, and the pool water was warm. Most of the guests were older people, with no families. The property sits just behind Paphos bar street, close to the harbour and several beaches. It also has a nice pool and an honesty bar where you serve yourself and pay later.

The sheets were the part I didn’t like. They’re microfiber and kept coming untucked, leaving me sleeping on a bunched-up mess. Cotton sheets would be better. The rest was really peaceful, and the pool area was beautiful, with lots of palm trees and shade. The coffee and snack area was nice, though an ice machine would be a welcome addition. Great Wi-Fi and shower too.
