The room was spotless, spacious enough for my son and me, and the pool was clean too. I was impressed that a professional company looked after the pool, something I don't usually expect at a privately run place. The owners answered my questions and requests straight away, and the managers helped whenever I needed an extra pillow or directions to the bus stop and important sights. I've travelled a lot, and no hotel has checked in with me about my stay as often as they did here. It's a child-friendly place, with mostly young guests and families. There's a supermarket, two bakeries, a café, a kebab shop and several restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is five minutes away, while the main market and city centre are about a 15-minute walk. It's a good base for exploring the city, and a very good option if you're looking for a nice place on a budget.

For the price, the apartment compares well with others and has a nice style. Mine was roomy and had nearly everything I needed, though there was no washing machine. Check-in and checkout are self-service using a lockbox. There's a pool, and it was usually quiet enough that I could have it to myself. There was dish soap, but no other soap or coffee. Some details of the blue paint, like around the lamps, were uneven. Being set back from the main road was a plus, as it kept this central apartment fairly quiet.

Good value for the price, with clean, bright rooms and a pool. You can walk to everything, though the neighborhood has a particular feel. A good choice if you're on a budget.

They didn't arrive at the scheduled time for my booking. When I got in touch the next day, they lied and said they'd been there. Then they cancelled the booking and tried to charge me for the whole week. I don't trust them at all, and would warn others away.

The pool area and its surroundings were dirty and unappealing, and the bed was uncomfortable. The apartment was poorly equipped too. We had to ask the owner for cups and cutlery, and there was no iron or crockery.
