I spent a week here in January and was very happy with the choice. It was great value compared with other options, and Paphos' largest shopping mall is an easy walk away. The apartment had two rooms, lots of space, and a lovely balcony. It was spotless. Getting in was simple with the lockbox by the door. The host had thought of useful details: detergent for the washing machine, coffee capsules and cream, and a fresh bottle of water in the fridge. The kitchen had a dishwasher, pots, pans, and all the dishes we needed. There was a Smart TV and air conditioning in each room that worked well and let you set the temperature as you like. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I have in a long time. I don't understand the negative comments about it. Four pillows were a nice bonus. The facilities were well maintained. The pool was too cold for me to swim in January, but I saw it being cleaned, which showed they care about hygiene. Free parking is right in front of the building. I was very, very satisfied and highly recommend it.

The host has been quick to respond and very communicative on both WhatsApp and Booking.com, answering all my questions. We're happy with the stay so far. The apartment looks just like the pictures, and the air conditioning works. It has a spacious bedroom, kitchen, sitting area, large terrace, and private free parking. My only small complaint is that the bathroom could be cleaner. I was surprised by the Google rating. Before booking, I read the mostly positive Booking.com reviews, though the main complaints here were about a hard mattress, hot water, and noise from a nearby building. In room 302, the mattress is soft and comfortable, so perhaps it's been replaced since those reviews. For hot water, switch on the labeled switch outside the bathroom, turn on the shower tap, and let it run for 1-2min before getting in so it can warm up. It's hard to judge the noise because we're here during a holiday period and it's been quiet so far.

The apartment has everything we needed for a comfortable week, and we had a really good stay. Everything's within walking distance, with a couple of well-stocked shops nearby. The pool is a nice bonus and very well kept. The balcony is massive too, and we'll definitely come back. I don't get the complaints about the beds, they're comfortable and huge. Hot water for a shower was lacking, though with the heat outside it was manageable. Not having a safe was a bit of a pain.

We stayed for a week in June/July and wouldn't recommend this place. Our group rented three apartments, and the whole experience was terrible. Mine had no AC. Someone came twice to try to fix it but couldn't, and never returned for the rest of the week. We couldn't stay in that apartment and had to move between our families' apartments. We asked for a refund and were offered €130 for our complaint, which is still ongoing. The admin service was terrible, and the list of problems was huge. Another apartment had a broken door lock, so its door was left unlocked when we went out for two days. Gaps on the balcony made it unsafe for children, so they couldn't use it. The showers in all the apartments didn't work properly and there was no hot water. The pool had no shower, toilet, parasol, or bin. There was a building site next door. A neighbour on the other side, beside the pool, threatened to call the police and told us to get out of the pool between 1pm and 4pm because it was siesta time and her husband was trying to sleep.

We booked seven nights but could only manage one. The mattress was the hardest I've ever slept on, worse than hostel beds. Please read the other reviews, we're not the only ones with this problem. We asked the property the next day for a mattress topper, but there was no on-site team or reception. Customer service handled it remotely from off the island and said they couldn't help. We found out it was an orthopaedic mattress, known to be very firm, and that it can take time to adjust to sleeping on one. I can't believe the hotel thinks that's acceptable for its guests. We couldn't face another night without sleep, so we asked for a refund. The hotel refused even after we showed them a photo of the mattress. We were appalled by the customer service and booked another hotel down the road so we could relax on holiday. We're not paying for back pain. The apartments were lacklustre aside from that, missing basics like salt and pepper, oil, coffee, a coat rack, mirror, safe, and bath mat. Luxury prices for a subpar stay. Avoid.
