There were cockroaches, and I had to call the extermination company about them. The place also felt dirty and had people around who made me uncomfortable. I wouldn't rent in this area. One man, who seemed mentally unwell, was shouting and talking to himself day and night. I worried about what might happen if he pulled a knife from his pocket.

Our first time in Paphos left us with a very positive impression. We booked apartment D14 through AirBnb, with Demetrios as the host, and were really pleased with the accommodation. I can only recommend it :)

A big no from me. The place was very dirty, with huge cockroaches everywhere. I really wouldn't recommend it.

Just a horrible place.

The hotel next door was spotless and had no bugs, while cockroaches showed up in large numbers at Leda Gardens within minutes. Being told they're common in Paphos didn't make me willing to stay. We had to find a hotel that could take us that night, and the host refused to refund our money. I don't recommend it.
