40 PRO 2 - Sunrise Beach Apt 2

The rooms were beautifully clean, and the staff clearly work hard. They serviced our room daily and changed the towels when we left them in the bath. Pool and beach towels were separate and replaced whenever we needed. We chose Sunrise Beach for its beach access and proximity to shops and restaurants, and it suited us perfectly. Fig Tree Beach was also within walking distance, and the kids enjoyed Protaras, with its nightlife and range of shops and places to eat. We liked the pools, but the outdoor ones weren’t heated in October and the kids found them too cold. The indoor pool was heated but very small. The beach and sea were lovely, so we didn’t really need the pools. Sunloungers are assigned for the whole stay, which is handy, though when the hotel is full the location choice isn’t great. We only used our allocated ones once, then paid extra for loungers on the beach. We had half board, which included one meal at each of the five affiliated local restaurants. All of those were excellent and much better than the hotel buffet. The buffet food was fine, but service there was chaotic and drinks were far too expensive. For a stay longer than five or six nights, we’d choose Bed & Breakfast and eat elsewhere. Book the local restaurants as soon as you arrive, since same-day reservations aren’t possible and you may not get your preferred day or time.

We’re from Germany and staying in room 347, and we feel really comfortable here. The sea view is amazing, and the location is beautiful. The housekeeping team keeps everything perfectly clean and does a fantastic job. Most of all, the staff make the place special: they’re caring, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make us feel at home. We’re grateful for how you treat your guests and excited to spend the next five days here together. You’re doing a wonderful job. We love being here with you! ☺️

We’ve lost count of how many times we’ve stayed at the Sunrise Beach, and in our opinion it’s hard to fault. Yash at the adult pool bar gives excellent service and always makes a genuine effort to greet everyone each day. As he’d say, "Boom Boom"! Thanks to all the Sunrise staff. Every one of them works tirelessly and helps make the holiday a good one. Another lovely, faultless stay.

Our 10 days at the Sunrise Beach, from 22/09 to 02/10, were fantastic. The restaurant food was fabulous, and the dining out options were good too. The allocated sunbeds are a brilliant idea. The hotel is wonderful, right by a beautiful beach, and the rooms are a good size and cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, including Justin at the bar and Mickala at reception, along with others whose names I’ve forgotten. Blame my age 😏. I’ll be back in Sept 2026.
