We’ve had some of our best hotel stays here. Right from arrival, we felt welcomed and treated like family. I’m sorry I can’t remember the receptionist’s name, but she gave us such a warm welcome from the first minute and was very kind throughout. Varava at reception was always smiling and ready to help. The manager was also exceptional and kept checking that things were going well and guests were happy. Naveed and his brother gave wonderful service every day, always caring, kind, and professional. The food was delicious throughout our stay, so thanks to the cook as well. The rooms were spotless each day thanks to the maids, and the hotel boss deserves thanks for creating such a lovely atmosphere and team. Everyone made our holiday unforgettable. We’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel to others ❤️

The pool area was nice, with really comfortable loungers, and I felt well looked after and relaxed all week. I stayed for a week in April. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always happy to help. My room was comfortable, with an enormous, comfortable bed, and it was tidy and cleaned every day. The food was always tasty, though there could have been more choice. The mains changed, but the desserts were a big letdown. The hotel was advertised as having a gym, but it doesn’t.

The food was fresh, tasty, and beautifully prepared, and the staff were so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. The location is close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily return on our next trip to Cyprus. I highly recommend it for a great vacation.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we’ll definitely book again when we next visit Protaras. I stayed with friends and really liked the room. The location was excellent, the food was great, and there’s a nearby beach as well as a very nice, clean pool. I’d recommend it for family vacations too.

We wanted somewhere quiet, and this hotel suited us well. It’s a short walk into town, and the food was great, though some vegetarian choices would be welcome. Ali at the bar was lovely and always chatted with us to see if we were having a good time. The hotel was clean and tidy, with great service and such nice staff. A great 3 star!
