At Herbal Boutique Hotel & Spa

The hotel food was outstanding, from breakfast through dinner. The menu changed each day, and I honestly think I put on a few kilos because everything was so delicious. Our room had a beautiful view and was always clean and well organised, thanks to the housekeeping team. We were there in a quieter season, when there were fewer tourist activities, but the receptionist kindly helped me find a tour. The manager and chef also arranged a lovely chocolate cake as a birthday surprise for my cousin. I want to thank the whole team, from the manager and receptionists to the restaurant staff, chef, and housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and ready to help. The service felt five-star. We felt like real princesses, and although I usually travel somewhere different each time, I’ll definitely return after such a great stay. A solid 10/10.

The food was fresh and varied each day, and the rooms were spotless, with really good shower products. There’s a peaceful feel to the hotel, with classic music, and the beach is an easy walk away. The town centre and its nightlife are about ten minutes on foot. Spa treatments cost extra, though the sauna is free with the all-inclusive package. We arrived on October 6 and stayed until the 14th. At midnight we were greeted with champagne and snacks, and because we’d just had a long journey, they brought fruit, desserts, and sandwiches to our room at my request. Everyone on staff was helpful. When I called reception to ask about ironing, they brought up an ironing board and iron without any fuss, which I really appreciated. We were delighted and will definitely come back.

We had a lovely weekend retreat here. The staff were warm and attentive, and the beach is just a few steps away. At Herbal Boutique & Spa Hotel in Protaras, modern luxury sits alongside traditional Cypriot charm, which sets it apart from other hotels in the area.

The room was comfortable and practical, with a very nice bed. Breakfast had a good selection, and I enjoyed the facial and the gym. We were also welcomed with sparkling wine and a fruit platter. It’s a short drive to Protaras restaurants and beaches. The bathroom layout was annoying, though, and I wouldn’t stay here again. The bigger problem was the extremely loud entertainment at the neighbouring hotel every night, often continuing past 11 pm. Imagine Baby Shark at full volume for four nights straight. We asked several times to change rooms and were told it wasn’t possible. I couldn’t upload videos to Google, but it was very loud.
