The service was great, and it was an amazing place for a lovely holiday. We could have used more kitchen utensils and worktop room, though. Still, that wouldn't stop me giving it 5 🌟. Amazing place!

Our stay at Bay View Villa for my partner's 30th birthday was honestly the best experience, and it went beyond what we expected. George and Andreas were fantastic throughout, from our first conversations more than 8 months ago until we left on Monday. The facilities were excellent, and shops, restaurants, and bars are just a 6-10 minute drive away. I'd highly recommend it and would definitely come back. Thanks again, George and Andreas! Kind regards, Georgia

We had a perfect wedding in Cyprus, thanks to a wonderfully hospitable host who went above and beyond. The views are stunning. I'd suggest stocking up on supplies, because you won't want to leave!

We had a luxurious, private stay and could enjoy the Mediterranean weather, with the nearest village just a few minutes away by car and Agia Napa and Cape Greco attractions about 10-15 minutes away. The villa is stunning, with six large bedrooms, three indoor kitchens, an outdoor kitchen, ten toilets, seven showers, several dining and sitting areas, and a 17-meter heated pool. There's also a pool table, ping pong, table football, and beautiful scenery. The landlord was really nice and gave us helpful tips to get the most out of our holiday. He also suggested a local taxi company, which served us very well, and a local Masterchef who cooked a tasty Cypriot dinner. I recommend this villa from the bottom of my heart ❤️
