The hotel was lovely, and the staff were great. The animation team made the holiday, though. Andrea and his team are brilliant! The major problem was the rowdy wedding guests. It happened repeatedly, not just once, and previous reviews mention it too. For two weeks we were disturbed during the day by a group of drunken wedding guests, who also disrupted the evening entertainment. In the early hours they woke people by shouting and fighting. I know several people complained. More needs to be done about this behavior. I do plan to return, but this would definitely put me off.

The staff were so nice and really carried the place. Food changed each day and was fine overall, though it could use a few more spices. The only letdown was the ala carte meal: the steak wasn’t medium rare and the food wasn’t that good. Still, a wonderful stay at a great hotel.

This was our third visit, and we’ll be back next year. It’s a wonderful hotel, and the staff are brilliant. A lot of them have been there every year.

It’s a great hotel, and 99% of the staff are amazing. Stavros on night duty especially does everything he can to help. It was a shame that Sandeep was aggressive and rude to our friends, who were there on a day pass for our daughter’s wedding. He really spoiled the afternoon.
