It needs to be cleaner.

Such an amazing place.

We had loads of room for two adults and two kids at Villa Clementina. There’s a pretty courtyard, outdoor dining spot and lounge area, and the villa was clean with everything we needed. The pool was clean too, though it wasn’t warm enough for us to swim much. We visited in October and November, when it was quiet and cats seemed to be everywhere. The beach is walkable, with the quickest route crossing a field, and restaurants are nearby as well. We rented a car for grocery trips, but walking is also an option.

We were there in late August and early September. The house looks nicer in the pictures than it does in person, though it is pleasant enough. It’s in a gated community about five minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants, but there aren’t other amenities within walking distance. The bus stop takes around 15 minutes to reach on foot. A vegetable field across the way had been fertilized, and the smell was awful for five days. When we found problems in the house, they were fixed the next day, and the service was good. The pool is maintained twice a week.
