The pool QR codes were a bit hit and miss, so ordering food and drinks directly at the bar worked better. We didn't use the adults' pool much since it was absolutely freezing, though there were plenty of sunbeds by the pool and on the grass. Back from a week at Capo Bay, we found the staff really friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, changing towels daily and topping up toiletries when needed. Our spacious room had lots of storage and a huge, very comfortable bed. The bathroom looked a little dated but worked perfectly well, and the balcony sea view made a lovely spot to sit and relax before the day.

The Cypriot coastline by the hotel is stunning, and there are plenty of local restaurants. Buses stop a short walk away, while the hotel has lots of comfortable space to relax, with thick cushions on the sunbeds. There are three pools: one cold, one heated, and one indoors. We visited in April around Easter, when the hotel arranged extra events for guests, which made the whole experience feel special. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with lots of traditional choices that we prefer. Our room was cleaned every day, and the team added thoughtful touches that made us feel well cared for. The Capo Bay Hotel and its staff are warm and welcoming, and the location is beautiful. Katerina, I can't thank you enough for how well we were looked after. We can't wait to come back.

I only visited for the day and didn't stay overnight, but had a lovely time using the facilities. The beach was very clean and well kept, great for swimming or relaxing, and the pool area felt beautiful and safe for kids. We had lunch at the restaurant, where both the food and service were excellent. There were also different water activities available at the beach. A welcoming place with excellent facilities for a day out.

The Bitter Lemon Bar was superb, with amazing food and cocktails, and the staff there were so friendly and polite. I was there with my family in early May. It's a fine hotel with a pleasant feel, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, including British and continental options. There's a spa, gym, and indoor pool. The sauna and Turkish bath are free in the morning, then cost £10 per person in the afternoon. Highly recommended!

The people working here are the real highlight, some of the nicest staff you'll meet. The hotel is a huge complex, with separate pools for adults and kids, restaurants on site, and direct beach access down the stairs. Everything felt new, clean, and really comfortable. You're also just 50 meters from the main street for nightlife. A perfect Protaras, Cyprus experience, and worth every cent of the holiday.
