We had a really nice two-night weekend here and it felt a lot like home. The place is in a quiet, friendly complex, set back from the main road, though supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy are nearby. The outdoor area connects well with the living room, so adults could keep an eye on kids in the pool while staying in the air conditioning during the hottest part of the day. There are sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. It can get quite windy, which is a welcome break from the heat, though stronger gusts blow some dust around. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a few drinks and fruit on arrival. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was handy for a longer stay. The lounge is nicely laid out, with a big TV carrying local and international channels, and the WiFi worked very well. Bedrooms had all the usual amenities, including a hair dryer, and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were quite high, so you may want to ask for a lower one. There were both bath and pool towels for each guest.

We found this brand new villa right in the heart of Protaras Town, and it felt spacious, calm and comfortable, like a home away from home. The design is lovely. It has full cooking and coffee facilities, bathroom amenities, fresh towels and pool towels. A great choice for families or couples wanting a luxurious, peaceful holiday.

The pool was lovely, with a depth of 1.10m to 1.40m. The villa itself is beautiful, well looked after and has all the comforts you need, in a new neighbourhood. You really do need a rental car, though, since getting everywhere on foot isn't practical.
