Coralli Spa & Resort

The location worked really well for a quiet holiday, with bars and restaurants on the Strip still within walking distance. We’d happily stay in one of the apartments again. We were in apartment 305 on the top, third floor, for 10 days in May, with a pool and sea view. It was peaceful, and there were always sunbeds free. The complex is looking a little tired and could use some care. Although the pool area gets hosed down, the hose only reaches half the terrace, leaving the lower half stained and dirty from drinks. The sunbeds badly need replacing, though they weren’t the worst we’ve had. There’s a changing room in the toilet block at the end of the pool, but the shower runs cold. Across the road, Sunshine Jade Hotel had a great waffle cafe bar that we used, along with the Reef diner. It’s a shame the diner wasn’t open at lunchtime.

Being close to the beach was a big plus, and the property makes the most of Cyprus’ lovely climate with beautiful sea views. It’s right in the heart of Protaras, so local attractions and activities are easy to get to. The resort suited our family well, with amenities and services that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. A good choice for families wanting a Mediterranean break in the lively Protaras area.

The complex is well maintained and has a nice pool. One of Cyprus’s most beautiful beaches is just a minute away on foot, and the popular beach is another minute from there. There are plenty more lovely beaches within walking distance, and the bars and restaurants are about a 15-minute walk away in the evening.

A comfortable, affordable place by the sea. In the low season it was especially handy having Lidl quite close, and I enjoyed morning walks along the embankment.
