Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

What makes the hotel special is the staff. They made us feel truly welcome, and the whole place was spotless. The all-inclusive food and drinks were very good quality with lots to choose from, especially at Basilikos restaurant, which was pure perfection. We stayed at the end of October, and both the beach and hotel were peaceful and uncrowded. The setting is lovely, beside a gorgeous little bay with clear water. The grounds were green and well kept, and there were always free sunbeds with sea views. I’d worried about construction nearby before the trip. You might hear it once in a while, but it didn’t disturb the peace at all. We had a stay that went well beyond expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. I’ll definitely be back soon!

The food was unreal. Every evening had a theme, loads of choices and live cooking, with meat, fish, fresh fruit and vegetables, desserts and something for everyone. In our eight nights we didn’t have one bad meal. Drinks were just as good, including the cocktails, wine and spirits. Our sea-view room was a great size and had everything we needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the pool was clean and a lovely temperature. The sandy beach is just a minute away. We also had an amazing massage at the hotel spa and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Protaras main strip is a five to ten-minute drive for an evening out, and the waterpark is 15 to 20 minutes away with great rides. It was our first trip to Cyprus, and we’re so glad we chose this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond every day. A big thank you for making our holiday and my 30th birthday so special!

Everything about the place was lovely, from the beautiful surroundings to the atmosphere. We couldn’t fault a thing and can’t wait to return. We’d just finished a week all-inclusive, and it was amazing. There was lots of delicious food to choose from, and the drinks were great too. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Special mention to George, Kristina, Bisho and Constantinos. Highly recommend!

The direct path to the beach was a lovely surprise, and the water was amazing, even for someone like me who usually doesn’t enjoy going into the ocean. The hotel was in a great location with cute photo spots, and it seems well suited to families, friends or couples. As two young women travelling alone, we felt very safe. The staff were really friendly, the rooms super clean, and the food was okay, no complaints. There’s a bus stop right outside, with Protaras about 10 minutes away and Ayia Napa 45 minutes away. There was a big construction site next door that we could hear clearly, but it didn’t bother us at all.
