The location near Fig tree beach is great, and the house has lots of facilities, including a jacuzzi, pool, and coffee machine. But we booked for nine people based on the listing saying there were four bedrooms, and asked for an extra bed. One of the rooms was actually in the basement, with no windows, terrace, or balcony. Please look at the pictures of what the owner calls the terrace for that basement room. With such a nice place, I don’t understand how one room could be made so unpleasant.

We had everything we needed downstairs in the spacious open area, and the design of the house really worked for me. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony. We didn’t use the fourth bedroom in the basement. There’s also a rooftop terrace, a carpark, and a lovely yard. The layout feels very well thought out. We never ran out of things to do: outdoor pool, billiard table, tennis table, and card games. Fig Tree Bay beach is no more than a five-minute walk, and restaurants are two minutes away. The owner was friendly, always available, and replied to all our questions quickly. I can’t think of anything more we could have asked for.

The house was new and impeccably clean, with everything we needed for cooking and for washing, drying, or ironing clothes. The host was extremely kind and brought us a little something each day. We also arrived to find bottled water, wine, juice, coffee, milk, and more waiting for us. I’d recommend this villa if you want a perfect stay.
