We left a phone at the house when checking out, and the owner brought it to the airport. That's the kind of service we got throughout our stay: any issue was sorted within an hour at most. The location was great, and the villa was beautiful, with well-furnished rooms, lots of dishes, appliances, and other household stuff. The stay, service, and attitude were all fantastic. We're grateful and will definitely be back.

Fig tree bay is only about 80 metres away, and bars and restaurants are within 30 metres. We stayed in Residences 6 for a wonderful week with our three adult children and their partners. The villa was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The hosts were excellent and arranged our airport transfers. Since we had a late flight, the host family even came by on departure day to take our cases to their offices. Little gestures like that are why we'll return. Highly recommend these villas.

We cooked steaks and pork chops on the ofyr barbecue, and even made crepes for dessert. That was a big highlight for me. The kids also loved the playstation 5, pool table, and table tennis when they weren't in the pool. We were three families and had plenty of room. The villa's in a great spot, a minute or two from the main promenade and fig tree bay, which we think is Cyprus's best beach, and about a five-minute walk to Lidl. The host answered every question and request quickly. I can't think of a better location for a group holiday.

We were a group of nine adults and two kids, staying for a week at the beginning of June, and the villa comfortably had space for all of us, with room for up to 12 adults. It felt very safe in the gated cul-de-sac, the neighbours were friendly, and we didn't feel overlooked or like we were bothering anyone. The team was easy to reach on WhatsApp and popped in a couple of times to check we had what we needed. There was a gorgeous pool, rooftop hot tub, füssball, table tennis, and a PS5 for the kids. It's spread over four floors and even has a lift. The location suited us well, just off the southern end of the Protaras strip, two minutes from shops and restaurants, with the rest of Protaras a 15-20 minute walk away. Everything was very clean and well equipped, including a washing machine, BBQ, wood fire grill, dishwasher, and iron. I'd definitely consider staying again.
