The location was great, close to everything, but we checked out the same morning we arrived. My cousin had made the booking. The towels smelled musty and dirty, and I wouldn't let the sheets or towels touch my skin. The beds in the other room didn't have bottom sheets at all. In the main bedroom, the mattress protector had crumbs, dirt, sand, and hairs on it. It was so grubby that I don't think it had ever been washed, and the bottom sheet was pretty grim too. When we cancelled, we got half our money back. They first asked why we hadn't requested clean sheets and towels, since they could have replaced them. I'm sure they could have, but by then nobody could have paid me to stay there.

I normally choose hotels for vacation, but this place changed my mind. Everything I needed was in the room, which was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing was almost flawless. Right in the heart of Protaras, it was close to everything. The communication and service stood out most of all, absolutely outstanding. One of my best stays. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, fabulous service, and a brilliant location. I'd highly recommend it.

The location was the only good thing. No cleaning, fresh bedsheets, towel changes, or service. You pay and get nothing. Never again, stay away.

Renovated place right in the centre of Protaras. Good service for a reasonable price.
