The pool only became usable on the first day of our stay. We raised the problem and followed up twice, but it wasn't fixed while we were there. We were told the pump filter was extremely dirty and not filtering the water, and it was replaced the day before we left. I also agree with and confirm what Andrew's review pointed out about other issues. After we politely asked the rental company for compensation, they refused, giving a mediocre explanation.

The location is quite good, and the villa may have been great when it first went up for rent, but now there are a lot of problems and it's highly overpriced. Many things are broken or don't work properly. All the training equipment is broken, the blinds don't work, and the kitchen needs at least repairs, if not renovation. The sunshade above the doors shown in the photos isn't there, and the BBQ in the photos is broken. Cleaning happens only once a week. The photos were obviously taken a long time ago. If you can, check the place before renting; otherwise ask for fresh photos, or find a better option.

The complaint was rejected, even though the pool water was green and dirty.
