The small pool was in good condition, and our kids enjoyed it. We rented a nice top-floor three-bed apartment through HomeAway, but the communal areas felt a little tired: sunloungers were damaged and unusable, the toilets weren't clean, and the fountain and showers weren't working. In our experience, hiring a car is essential in peak summer, since the bus stops are a good walk away and the buses don't run reliably.

The apartments were beautiful and clean, and the shared pool was gorgeous and clean too. Getting to Ayia Napa and Paralimni is a long way, though. If you want to visit the city and beaches, you'll need to hire a car.

The apartment and complex are great, but the location is the drawback. You'll need to hire a car.
