Ocean Suites Luxury Apartments

The construction noise from the neighboring building went on from early morning through the afternoon, and there was no staff member on site despite management saying there would be. We didn't even have a broom to sweep up the dead ants, and I had to remove a dead bird from the balcony along with the ants around it. We stayed in October 2024. Before booking, I asked management about earlier reports of ants and the lack of staff. They said the ant issue had been fixed and someone would be available for requests. Instead, we found ants all over the bathroom, one of the double beds, and the kitchen as soon as we arrived. The maintenance worker, Dimitris, gave us spray and said he'd seal a few holes with silicone the next day. For the next three days, the ants kept coming, and we couldn't use one bedroom, its bathroom, or the kitchen. The apartment was full of toxic ant spray. I messaged Dimitris every day; he apologized and promised to come the following day, but didn't. On the fourth day, just before our holiday ended, I called and said I'd sue over the ruined vacation. Within an hour he sent someone without warning, and the repair took five minutes. These are only the main problems. I have documentation, videos, and pictures of everything I described.

The apartments were great, but my uncle, who stayed next door, had trouble getting someone to deal with his water problems.

There’s a shared pool and plenty of space, right by the sea. It costs a bit more, but I thought it was worth it.
