The beach is only a five-minute walk from Protaras Villa Athamas Blue, and the host was quick to respond and helpful throughout. We arrived to a very clean villa and appreciated the welcome supplies: bread, milk, orange juice, jam, and a few tea and coffee sachets. The place was comfortable, though the ensuite door wouldn’t shut properly and stayed a little open, which was inconvenient. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay in Cyprus.

Villa Lydia was such a lovely place to spend a week in April. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a pool, loungers, gazebo and traditional Cypriot BBQ, and there was plenty of room inside too. Sandy beaches were an easy five-minute walk one way, with a supermarket and restaurants the other way. We had a car for exploring farther out, but getting around without one would be easy. My three kids loved it, and I came home feeling like I’d had a proper holiday too! :)
