The villa has a nice pool and terrace, and its location is excellent: it's in a quiet area with two lovely swimming bays within walking distance, while other activities are close by by car. It's modern, with lots of glass, high ceilings, and a sea view. The photos and description are accurate, and the kitchen is fully equipped. A few more instructions would help. We couldn't figure out the room ceiling fans or how to switch off the water heater, and the villa needs an extra main door key. All in all, a great villa to rent 👍

The best stay we've ever had. The villa was wonderful and well kept, with fabulous views from every level and an incredible, uninterrupted panorama from the rooftop balcony. The heated pool was beautiful, and the facilities were great, including the kitchen, barbecue area, and indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Inside, there was a spacious living area and large, comfortable bedrooms with lovely views too. There were local services and a beach with its own beach club.

We liked this villa so much that we've already booked two more stays. It could become our new home from home in Cyprus. The owner was lovely, looked after us well, and really made sure our stay went smoothly. There's plenty of room and light, a large pool, and generous outdoor space with both sun and shade for families. You can see the sea from the ground floor, every bedroom, and the lovely roof terrace. A lovely beach and the coastal trail are only a short walk away, with a little beach cafe and a cool beach bar close by. Restaurants and shops are about 10-15 minutes away on foot along Kennedy Avenue. We highly recommend this gorgeous villa.

We had loads of room to relax by the pool and on the rooftop terrace, and the beds were really comfortable. The villa has nice sea views from all the bedrooms and is newly equipped. A couple of great beaches are just minutes away on foot. Fireman Beach was one of my favourites in Cyprus, so I'd head there. There weren't many neighbours around, which gave it a sense of privacy. The owner was kind and took care of all our requests.
