The breakfast was a highlight, and the rest of the food was great too. The staff were always helpful and polite. With shops and bars nearby, the location is really convenient. I'd happily recommend this hotel.

There’s plenty to keep children busy, from activities to their own pool, so parents get a chance to relax. The hotel is only 200 meters from the sea, and the rooftop views are stunning. We were lucky enough to be the first guests on opening day. The welcoming staff, cozy feel, and delicious food and drinks, which you don’t usually find at all-inclusive hotels, made it an unforgettable family stay. There’s also a jacuzzi pool and a separate pool for adults who want some quiet time.

The construction work next door was hard to ignore: there was noise by the pool all day, so this isn’t the place for anyone seeking peace and quiet. My room also wasn’t ready until 2 a.m., despite my booking at another hotel the previous day. I was surprised, since the resort had only opened a week earlier and was far from full. There was no magnifying mirror, the hairdryer was very weak, and service could still be disorganized. My cappuccino only arrived at the very end of breakfast. 😉 Still, there’s a lot to like. The resort and entrance look great, the fitness center has the latest equipment, and the staff, especially at reception, were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, with large balconies, and the sliding TV partition is a clever touch. There’s plenty of space between the pool loungers, and you can order drinks, including alcohol, to your lounger by QR code as part of the all-inclusive package. The food was very good overall, though a few dinner dishes were overcooked and the breakfast pastries could have baked longer. With so much else on offer, those small food issues didn’t matter much. Families have a mini-golf course, a large sand play area, and a separate area with children’s water slides. For me, Jade Sunrise is still the better fit. It’s adults-only, feels more intimate, and is within walking distance of the turtle beach I came to see. But that really comes down to personal preference. 😊
