The rooms are simple and spotless rather than plush, but mine had a good shower, mini fridge, small balcony, and air conditioning. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels when needed. The hotel feels like a higher-end three-star, with friendly staff, good food, a choice of restaurants, and lovely pool areas. It’s on the main street, one street back from the beach, so bars, shops, and the shore are all close. The beach is about a three-minute walk away, and its long boardwalk was great for my morning runs. A solid choice with a nice feel.

My sea-view room had a terrace and a beautiful view. The hotel is central, with three pools, clean rooms, and good service. They also provided vegan breakfast options when I asked. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely holiday here. The staff were so friendly and the service was great. One thing did affect our stay for about three days: the top pool wasn’t monitored closely, and a large family with teenagers were swearing and repeatedly bouncing a ball off people without considering anyone around them. I have young children, so that was difficult. On a happier note, Petroula at the pool bar was an absolute superstar!

We stayed three nights on our first visit and loved it. The rooms and shared areas were spotless, the staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was really nice. Our room faced right onto Protaras Avenue, but with the balcony door shut it was quiet enough to relax and sleep. The bed was so comfortable, too. Great value and location. We’ll definitely come back, thank you!

The restaurant food was excellent, even for a fussy eater like me, and the waiting staff were friendly, professional, and so well mannered. The chefs were lovely too, especially the young man working breakfast. I’ve seen mixed standards while travelling around Europe, but this hotel is just right for me. The decor is lovely and everything is spotlessly clean. Reception made us feel welcome and were always obliging. The pool areas were amazing, and the lady at the pool bar was such fun. I’ve just got home from a week here with friends and will definitely stay again when I return to Protarus.
