The Blue Ivy Hotel and Suites

This was our second stay at the Blue Ivy, and we're already looking forward to next year. Mr Nico's, David and the team clearly put the customer experience first. It's among the best hotels we've stayed at, with every part of the hotel excellent.

It was the staff, every one of them regardless of their role, who made our holiday so enjoyable. They were welcoming and went out of their way to help. We visited at the beginning of November, and the hotel itself was lovely, with an excellent choice and quality of food. I'd happily recommend The Blue Ivy.

Peter at the pool bar, who also works as a lifeguard, deserves a special mention. He's a great guy and went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help from the minute we arrived. The hotel was spotless, from our room to the shared areas, and everything felt well cared for. We also enjoyed the tasty food and the good range of dishes. We had a fantastic holiday at Blue Ivy and would definitely come back.

The location is close to the beach, and depending on the room you get, there's a lovely view of the sea or the surrounding area. Our room felt like a modern apartment, with nice facilities, and it was very clean. The large breakfast area had great food, and the lovely staff kept our coffee topped up. I'd highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.
