Villa Vitamin Blue in Pernera

The house was fine inside, but the area around it made this the worst vacation we've ever had. Feral cats, dozens of them, were all over the villa. They looked sick and emaciated, left feces and vomit around, and the smell was unbearable. They jumped on the tables, furniture and loungers, and even came into the house. The garden, lawn, terrace and pool area were filthy, so it was impossible to relax, eat or even breathe comfortably. The animals aren't to blame. They simply weren't being cared for, while Agni Travel did nothing to keep the property in order or provide a normal environment for guests. We reported it and Agni Travel said we'd get a refund for the nights we didn't use. Booking.com had also given us separate compensation a few days earlier for the stress and inconvenience. Now we're being told the two amounts were combined and treated as one, as if a refund and compensation were the same thing. That's outrageous and completely unfair. Agni Travel showed no responsibility, empathy or professionalism. Their communication is a joke, and they treated guests with complete disrespect. We came away stressed and disgusted, feeling cheated instead of having the peaceful vacation we expected. I strongly advise against Villa Vitamin Blue and working with Agni Travel. This place shouldn't be listed on Booking.com. Never again!

Everything worked perfectly, even the key. The house was beautiful and really clean, and I was very happy with my experience with callboy Alex. I'd gladly stay again.
