What really won us over was how the staff treated guests, especially in the canteen. The waitress service, cooks and managers were world class. Thanks to them, you feel like you're in heaven. Go and meet these wonderful people, especially Aris and Polis. They're the best. I went to Cyprus with a bunch of friends and was pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel is ideal for families and smaller groups. It's well kept and very clean, with a beautiful sea view, and the beach is right at your fingertips. The rooms are large, with great comfortable beds. It's in the center of Protaras, close to everything, especially Cape Greco. You can rent a car at reception, and there are animations for children and other attractions too.

The buffet was delicious, with a different selection each day and some dishes made on request. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, right by the beach, with several restaurants on the beachfront and nearby. There's live music most evenings, and plenty of places to go for nightlife.

We visited Hotel Vrissana off season and loved our stay. Even then, everything was well looked after, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The beach right outside was quiet, clean and beautiful, just right for relaxing. What stood out most was the food and restaurant staff. Every meal was fresh, delicious and nicely presented. The team were professional, friendly and made us feel at home. Mr. Aris deserves a special mention for his attentiveness and kindness, which made dining a real pleasure. We highly recommend Hotel Vrissana and can't wait to come back!

The spot on Protaras beach was a real highlight, with the pier nearby for boat trips to see turtles. We had a really restful week-plus at Vrissiana Hotel, and I'd happily recommend it for a holiday that's both relaxing and fun. The all-inclusive drinks were good, and the restaurant impressed me with the food quality, themed menus, and plenty of choices. Chefs made omelettes and pizzas fresh when asked, and Pedros was warm and attentive throughout our meals. We arrived just before dinner service ended, but reception made sure we could eat before the restaurant closed. Afterward we were checked in and told we'd been upgraded to a side sea view at no extra charge. The room was spotless, and the balcony was spacious, with two sunbeds.

The hotel is right on the beach, and it was clean and very friendly. Costas prepares a fresh menu each day, and his cooking was among the best we've tasted. Aris and the restaurant team gave us five-star service, as did the rest of the friendly staff. Management team members Stavroulla and Maria were attentive and did everything they could to meet our requests. Jonny the porter was always smiling and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
