Getting around was easy from here, with pubs, restaurants, and the sea close by in Pernera. But the area could be noisy, and parking was very limited. The bar was loud on many evenings, the entertainment could be cheesy, and service there was often slow while staff chatted as tables tried to get their attention. Cocktails were average, bottled beer was dependable, and the draught beer tasted as if the lines needed cleaning. Nearby bars seemed better run at similar prices. We stayed in early September 2025. The basic, no-frills room was enough for us since we were out all day, but the A/C cost a lot for an old-looking, slightly damaged unit. Although the room and main building appeared to have had renovations, the plumbing and electrical work seemed poor. There was a persistent damp, slightly moldy smell, our room wasn't cleaned during the week, and we saw roaches and ants. Cyprus has pests in general, but they seemed more noticeable here than elsewhere. Support was inconsistent. We asked to borrow an appliance and, after a long discussion, got one with a €20-30 deposit. Its plug didn't fit the socket, and staff said that was our problem. Staff were friendly enough, but don't expect much follow-through when you need help.

We had such a lovely stay last year that we've booked to return in June, and I can't wait. The rooms were cleaned and the staff were lovely; I had no complaints about the hotel. We had planned to come back in April, but its reopening was suspended, so we switched to another hotel.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the food was excellent. The pool was clean too, but the apartment was a terrible experience: ants were coming out from the furniture, and the bed was unstable. The gym was in a catastrophic state.

Loved the place. The food and bar were 10/10, and the drinks were perfect. Great location too. Protaras gets very busy, so I'll book accommodation here again next year.
