The inner garden was where we gathered in the mornings and evenings, and the pool became our favourite place to hang out. Meleni Cottage Houses are clean and comfortable, with lovely traditional furnishings. The owners were so helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations and tips for places around the island that we all enjoyed. A lovely stay, especially for a big group of friends or family. We'd happily recommend it.

We were given a plate of figs as a gift, and the owners also took time to tell us about the history of the cottage houses when I asked. They were a lovely, welcoming couple and very accommodating with our requests. The cottage was spotless, with antique furniture alongside modern appliances, so we were comfortable throughout our stay. I'd absolutely recommend it and hope to return one day.

We couldn't sleep because the room was so noisy. The air conditioning and fridge made a terrible racket all night, and the bathroom was dirty and had bugs. The place was much smaller than the photos suggested and uncomfortable. We cancelled after the first night and explained why. They said they'd refund us if they rented the room again after we left, and it was rented, but they haven't returned the money. Now they won't answer our calls or messages, and they kept the taxes for the days we weren't there. It's really sad to have this kind of unprofessional service on holiday. Unacceptable. We definitely don't recommend this place.

The yard has plenty of greenery, making it a nice place to enjoy coffee or a meal outside. We stayed in the President Suite in early December 2022. It has everything needed for self-catering, with a fireplace for winter and a swimming pool for summer. Highly recommended.

The hosts are nice, and the rooms are clean with air conditioning. There's a nice taverna nearby, and the village location is convenient, not far from either the airport or the city. The pool is nice too.
