I've stayed here several times for both business and pleasure, and each visit they find a way to make it even better. At a wedding I attended there on 14.02, I was impressed by the food, from the salads and meat to the fish and desserts. Everything was delicious, and the venue looked perfectly decorated. The staff were pleasant and professional. Amazing hotel and team. I'll definitely be back.
10/10
The hotel is about 15 minutes from the city centre, but the private beach is amazing. We slept so well, and everything was very clean. Thank you, Nabina! Breakfast was fresh and a great start to the day, especially with pancakes made right there. The kids' club was perfect for the children, and we loved the ice cream shop and the food. The staff were so friendly and made our stay memorable. We'll be back with more friends and family. Much love from Mike and Elli.
10/10
The food was a highlight, with plenty of variety and quality that exceeded what we expected. We especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights, which were fun and consistently delicious, and the desserts were my personal favourite. The staff, from housekeeping and reception to the restaurant servers, were kind, professional, and eager to help. Service and food were both consistently excellent. We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Resort and are already planning to return. Highly recommended.
10/10
We hadn't been to GrandResort since 2022, so the renovation and fresh new feel really impressed us. The design is lovely, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. Our fourth-floor room had a beautiful sea view. We really enjoyed breakfast and the food and service at the Greek restaurant.
8/10
The location is perfect, with a lovely dark sand artificial palm beach. The rooms are average but have everything you need. Breakfast is a typical European spread, and the service is good. Pool staff were great and supplied towels for both the beach and pool. A good property overall.
