We used the villa as a base for seeing the local sights, and it worked really well. The taverna and park on the corner were nice, with paths among the rocks and local plants and a small playground. It felt private and had all the facilities we needed. There are a couple of Phillipos Supermarkets nearby. The Peyia one has the essentials, while the Coral bay shop is much bigger. I’d recommend having a car, since there isn’t much within walking distance and the walk up to Peyia is steep.

A good spot for exploring, and the place was spacious and fairly clean. The WiFi was very poor, though, and there was no air con in the shared areas.
