Amera Villas

The villa and its incredible view made our 10 days at Villa Valley View brilliant from start to finish. Matheos and Andros looked after us so well. They were easy to reach, always glad to answer questions, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We’ll definitely return.

We loved our stay. The house was spacious, cozy, and really lovely, while the villa’s valley view and infinity pool were amazing. It’s peaceful and away from the tourists, yet the beach is only a five-minute drive away. The owners were very welcoming and keen to help.

The hosts were quick to respond, got in touch before we arrived, and answered our questions helpfully during the stay. They’d left a welcome package with wine and cookies. The nearby supermarket is a five-minute drive away, with good produce, familiar brands, and decent prices. You’ll need a car: it’s about 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to Paphos, around 35 minutes to the Blue Lagoon, and five minutes to Coral beach. Aphrodite water park is also within easy reach. The owners have four villas along the same small street, which could work nicely for a group of friends or family who want separate places. Our family of six had a wonderful week. We wanted a pool and a chance to cook for ourselves, away from hotel crowds, and the villa delivered. It had three large bedrooms for six people, each with its own bathroom, plus a well equipped kitchen, sitting area with tv, and outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, bbq grill, and another sitting area. Hedges and trees gave us privacy from the street. We’d love to return.

Matheos and his crew were wonderful. Communication was easy, and whenever we needed help, they got back to us quickly. Our welcome package included bread, fruit, and wine. We left some things behind at the villa, but Matheos is going to post them to us. We spent 10 nights at the beautiful villa valley view. There was plenty of room, and the pool area and its view were amazing. We especially loved sitting on the terrace. The villa itself was perfect, with nothing to complain about, and the street was quiet. Peyia’s restaurants are a five-minute drive away. We had a great time and warmly recommend a stay at Amera Villas. Thank you!
