The kitchen team made a real difference to our stay. My partner has a mushroom allergy, and after we emailed ahead, every one of the three chefs we spoke to on different shifts already knew about it. At each meal they went through the dishes with us and personally checked that there was no cross-contamination, which gave us peace of mind and let us enjoy the food without worry. The food was delicious and varied, and our room had a stunning view. Staff were genuinely warm, smiling and eager to help, which made the atmosphere welcoming. We also loved the hotel’s direct access to the beach from its courtyard and the nice area around it. It isn’t in the middle of Paphos town, so you’ll need a quick bus or taxi ride if you want to be in the center, but getting there is easy. We recently returned from a fantastic stay, with great food, lovely views and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

The patio views really made me happy, and I loved seeing the cute, well-behaved cats. The spa was relaxing too. Everything felt welcoming, with staff who made sure we were well looked after. Meals were fresh and tasty, with lots of salads and lovely desserts, and the wine was served perfectly chilled. There was some nice variety in the evening entertainment as well. My only suggestion is to add cushions to the hard, uncomfortable sunbeds. Coral Beach Hotel has the kind of cushions that would make it much easier to relax in the sun here. I complained about the room, but the manager offered complimentary food instead of a refund. I hadn't paid for a meal, I needed a working room where I could sleep. That response felt almost as offensive as the problem. The room was unbearably hot, and the so-called air conditioner did nothing. I didn't sleep at all, and the heat and lack of sleep made my acid reflux significantly worse. It ruined my whole day. A place to rest is the most basic thing a hotel should provide, and this stay failed at that completely. They market the place as 5 stars, but that feels like pure fiction. A hotel that can't offer a cool room and basic comfort shouldn't be rated 3 stars, let alone 5. I'd strongly advise staying somewhere else.

We had a sea view from our spacious, cozy room, which made it a pleasure to stay in. The spa was great too, with an indoor pool and a luxurious jacuzzi. We spent three nights here and had a great time. The staff were amazing and helped with every request. Breakfast had lots of variety, and dinner changed every day. The chef is simply magical, everything was delicious. We'd recommend it and will be back.
