We stayed in the villa for two weeks in August 2023. In our opinion, some areas were in poor condition, and regular maintenance would help keep it fit for rental. Three important pieces of equipment also stopped working during our stay. They were all dealt with as quickly as possible, but still caused a lot of stress and affected us financially, taking away from our holiday. When we tried to discuss compensation, the owners refused to engage with us. Since then, they've removed the villa from the rental site.

We had lovely views from this fantastic villa, with a good-sized pool and a roomy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The bedrooms were a good size too. It has everything you need for a home-from-home stay, including a washing machine and dishwasher that make holiday life easier. Coral Bay's lovely sandy beach is a 20-minute drive away.

A lovely, quiet modern complex, with Coral Bay, St.Georges, Peyia and Akamas Peninsula all easy to reach by car.
