The terrace is a lovely spot for a meal outside, with wide views over the Mediterranean. Around the private pool there’s plenty of greenery, and it feels peaceful whether you’re swimming or just relaxing. The scenery is a constant reminder of how beautiful Cyprus is.
Such a great setting, and the villa was amazing.
Restaurants and shops are close by, and the place itself is fantastic.
East Mes Villas cancelled our booking for 13-16 August 2026 for a second time. It caused a lot of stress and disrupted our holiday plans. We paid €648 in good faith and expected a professional, reliable booking. Cancelling twice during peak season is unacceptable, when alternatives are limited and cost much more. We’re asking for a full refund and hope the company deals with this responsibly. Based on what happened, I wouldn’t recommend them.
