The location is very good, close to amenities and restaurants, but the villa feels expensive for what it offers. It's old and seems neglected by its owners. Some of the air conditioning split units are very old and noisy. One ensuite bathroom has no window and smells of sewage. For a premium price, I wouldn't expect to have to clean up and remove all the garbage before leaving.
There's lots of outdoor space and a pool at this nice four-bedroom villa, which works well for families. It's centrally located just off the main Coral Bay Avenue, making things convenient, though there is some extra noise. The villa is generally well appointed, but a dishwasher and a few more electrical sockets would improve it.
The management company was great and always ready to help. The villa is within walking distance of the Coral Bay strip and its restaurants and bars, and only a short drive from the mall and harbour.
The villa felt quite old and had several small problems. One air conditioner didn't work, and another leaked condensation. The bathrooms were dated, with worn, uncomfortable shower cabins. The pool water was dirty, and we had to clean it ourselves. The artificial grass in the yard smelled bad. In the kitchen there was no coffee maker, just a few sachets of instant coffee in a jar. There were more downsides, but I don't see a point in listing them. I don't recommend this place.
