We live in Cyprus and this is easily the best seaside villa I’ve come across here. The sea is just steps away, and the views are stunning. Gerry was always available and great at answering questions or helping out. The layout works so well, with smart features that are still easy to use even if you’re not into tech. There’s everything you could want, from the pool with gold steps and incredible lighting to the home cinema, which was probably the kids’ favorite. We loved every second and couldn’t fault the holiday. We’ll definitely book again. Perfect spot.

We had a good time here with friends, and the villa and location were both nice. A few things brought the stay down to a 3, though. The beds were awful, and I was so glad the next place had comfortable, good-sized ones. We arrived with no hot water, which wasn’t fixed until the following day. The BBQ smoke filled the cinema room and set off the fire alarm, even with the extractor running. Then, on the last 2-3 days, the house alarm kept beeping at 3am.

The view is incredible, and the villa itself is absolutely stunning. Pure luxury, with every gadget you could want.
