We paid €3000 cash for a month at Villa No1, based on a recommendation. It’s rundown and dirty. There was no cleaning and the bins weren’t emptied during the second two weeks. The fridge was damaged, and the cooker was so disgusting we wouldn’t use it. We raised all of this with the owner, Panikos, but nothing came of it. Once he has your cash, he disappears. This place is a filthy disgrace. I’d give it zero if I could.

Pissouri Square is charming, with friendly little restaurants serving good quality food at good prices. Pissouri Beach is beautiful and only a 10 minute drive away. Parking is free, and renting an umbrella and sun lounger for three people costs between €5 and €10. The accommodation had what we needed, including air conditioning throughout the house, which was much appreciated in the heat. The pool was well maintained and made the place even nicer. Panikos was pleasant, caring, and very accommodating. Housekeeping came every four days, indoors and out, emptied the trash, and changed the bed and bath linens. A very pleasant stay in Cyprus. We highly recommend Kapsalia Holidays Villas 👍

We had a superb stay. The manager, PANIKOS, was welcoming and attentive, and the location was peaceful. The pool was well equipped. I highly recommend it.
