We were given no bed linen and had to sleep on a bare mattress. The bathroom was moldy, and to this day we’ve had no apology. This was the worst service and treatment of a guest I’ve experienced in all my travels. We stayed in February 2025 with a small child. Knowing it gets cold at this altitude at that time of year, we asked if they could heat the place beforehand. They said it wasn’t needed because it would warm up within half an hour. When we arrived, it was freezing, and it only got warmer after about 30 hours. Our child got sick from the cold. When we complained, nobody responded.

The restaurant Art Eat is right in the middle of the hotel grounds, and we ate there most of the time rather than cooking, even though our room had everything we needed, including an oven. In autumn it’s only open on Fridays and weekends. We really enjoyed the food, service, and hospitality there. The hotel is made up of small semi-detached houses in the middle of the forest. The location, views, mountain air, and pine trees are wonderful. If you want peace and to listen to birds singing, it’s a great choice.

The houses are spacious and warm, with a fully equipped kitchen, and the prices are low. There’s a restaurant on site, and the forest location is fantastic. They provide bed linen, but no bath towels. There’s no WiFi either.

The apartment was missing quite a few basics, including cookware, veranda chairs, and an oven grill. When I got in touch, the administrator said there was no stock and maybe I could ask someone else. It felt like he didn’t care about our complaints and was trying not to help. I don’t think that person should be in customer service. The rest of the staff were very nice. The setting is amazing, right inside the forest, and there’s a nice pool for the kids.
