Souli Beach Hotel

Cozy and humble, with a sea view, beach frontage and a good location. We had all we needed: great showers, AC and nice beds, plus a great restaurant. We had an amazing stay and are coming back :) Special greetings to the gentleman who is a fan of Ronaldinho.

We paid more than 200 euro for two rooms and were treated horribly. The old gentleman at reception shouted insults at me, called me all kinds of names and seemed ready to punch me. He came out from behind the desk, told us to leave, and when we asked for a manager, he basically threw us out. I was ready to cry. He wouldn't even look at the photos or listen to what I had to say. I'd never had an experience like this in my life. We'd just checked in when we saw the room was dated, with mold on the ceiling and air conditioning, a rusty, foul-smelling fridge and very old furniture. It looked nothing like the booking photos. When I went to reception to ask why we'd been given such an old room, he said I was an asshole, that we were only staying one night while other people stayed three weeks, and that I shouldn't expect a good room. He said it was his hotel and he was the boss, then told us to fuck off.

It’s a family run business, and plenty of guests seem to have been coming back for 10+ years. The owner sometimes sits and chats with them. The location is central, just a six minute walk from the port. There’s a lovely restaurant attached, and breakfast is included with beach-side seating. You can book a sea view, too. Great value for money. Well done.

The views from the restaurant are unreal, with mountains all around and the bright blue, clear sea right beside you. The pool area is also next to the sea, which made the place feel peaceful and serene. During my stay there were sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach by the restaurant. The staff are lovely, helpful and accommodating, and the hotel has a happy vibe. My room was perfectly clean, the food was amazing, especially the seafood, and the location is great for markets, car, buggy and quad bike hire, bars and restaurants. I had an amazing time and would recommend this hotel to everyone. My holiday at Souli Beach was thoroughly enjoyable. Thanks to everyone there. I'll definitely return.
