The staff were nice to me, and I didn't notice the rudeness mentioned in other reviews. But the room was filthy: dirty shoe prints on the bathroom floor, an unflushed toilet, and carpets that looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the hotel was new. There was no cleaning during the four days I stayed, although the bed was made twice. I skipped breakfast because I was worried the kitchen might have the same hygiene standards as the rooms. One star for having a roof and working AC.

The place is desperately in need of renovation, and the hygiene was appalling. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the food was disgusting. The advertised launderette didn't exist, while Wi-Fi and a room safe both cost extra. The pool area and sun loungers felt dangerous, a real health and safety nightmare. I could go on all day, but suffice to say I'd never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Cyprus is a lovely island, and the hotel's location was beautiful and quiet. But the food was a real disappointment. When I pay for all-inclusive by the sea, I expect good food, and I don't want to eat chicken, rice, spaghetti, and fried fries, things I have at home. I wanted to try local food like seafood and fish. The language was another letdown. I expected English, but the staff spoke only Russian. The woman at reception was unpleasant. It's a really beautiful place, but it needs improvement.

The hotel was lovely, with friendly staff, good food, a very spacious pool, and a spot close to the beach and other amenities. Air conditioning came at no extra charge. Wi-Fi, though, cost 30 euro for seven days, and only one user could be logged in at a time.
