Hypnos Residence

On arrival, the hotel told us we had to pay again or cancel, even though we had already paid €300 for our Booking reservation. Before travelling, we'd contacted both Booking and the hotel several times because we were worried about whether the reservation was reliable, but their replies were vague and offered no clear solution. We later learned the hotel's system had been hacked. We don't want to argue about whether the hotel or Booking was responsible. We booked in good faith and expected the service we'd paid for. We refused to pay a second time and had to find another hotel at the last minute, which was very stressful and unpleasant just before our holiday. After several attempts to sort it out, we're still waiting for a refund. We kindly ask for this to be resolved promptly and for the full amount to be returned.

The room looks appealing at first, but the furnishings are low quality and the layout isn't practical. There's nowhere useful to put clothes because the wardrobe is completely empty and has no shelves. The sliding door hits the safe door, and the desk edge is damaged. The bathroom sink splashes water everywhere when you use it, and there's no shelf for a toiletry bag. It seems the person who planned the layout and furnishing focused on impressing guests instead of making good use of the space. Unfortunately, that's how it is.

The view is beautiful and the breakfasts are delicious. A clean, nice place!

Amazing apartment! We'll be back in the future.
